While assembling two of your Swivel Rocker Gliders, I discovered that a part (referred to as a "stopper") had inadvertently been left out of my order - one for each of the two chairs I had ordered. Upon realizing this, I immediately contacted your Customer Service Department and was fortunate enough to speak with BROOKE! Brooke was extremely helpful in assisting me in acquiring the two missing pieces. I LOVE my chairs and couldn't be happier with their quality, fit & finish!
