Our bed was delivered on time, and we are very pleased with craftsmanship, sturdiness and appearance. All was solid oak including the slats and small legs supporting the very sturdy slats. The solid wood bedstead was surprisingly heavy. The light color is just what we wanted.

I rarely write reviews but my experience with Dutchcrafters deserves a lot of praise.

Shannon was so patient with us as we struggled to find just the right stain. She knew exactly how to focus us on the correct color, shine, wood grain. And was great about returning the samples. Things just work at this company. A really professional shop.

The lady who coordinated the shipping was awesome. Gave us detailed instructions on what to expect and kept us informed of the progress.
The delivery guy absolutely was amazing - he was early!!! On a freezing cold day he had the shipment ON THE PORCH when we got up so we just carried it in the house. SO GREAT! I understand not all drivers can do this but we lucked out!

The bed is beautiful and of such quality, not the usual cheaply made furniture that is popular now. Carefully packed so nothing was scratched. Wood was quarter sawed (I never knew about this technique) so the grain really is beautifully show cased. Big ups to the production department for the obvious TLC put into every piece. We are so grateful for your effort which often goes unnoticed. We think of you every night when we go to bed.
