This is a straightforward, well-designed authentic Mission chair that will complement most business and home decors.

All the pieces in the Prairie Collection are constructed from solid hardwood using old craftsman joinery techniques. Every structural joint on the frame chairs in our Prairie Collection are mortise and tenon construction. This Mission chair is extremely comfortable and strong. Chairs were all I could have hoped for and more. They fit into our home as if they had always lived there. They are beautiful, sturdy but light, the wood stain and the upholstery color were gorgeous. The delivery guy and his new wife were excellent! They could have been a little better with communication leading up to the delivery, but overall, they communicated enough to make me confident. The actual delivery was outstanding. They brought the chairs to the top of the driveway. They were actually 10 minutes early, a miracle with service and delivery promises, and they were delightful to talk to. They also acted concerned that I check everything to make sure we were satisfied. I was! Customer rep was very responsive and quick to follow up queries.
Ordering process was a great experience. Person that helped us order was super. Delivery person was excellent and efficient. We had made our initial order for dining table and 6 chairs and added, via an additional order, 2 more chairs. We were kept well informed about our order. We received notice that our additional chairs were being shipped. When the delivery truck arrived we were treated with a real surprise. Both our initial order and our additional order arrived at the same time. Our new furniture looks wonderful and adds to the beauty of our home. Thank you! I like the service of getting a variety of fabric and stain samples in the mail. Your staff gave good advice to me about what fabric and finishes to order. You folks are real pros, and personable as well. [Delivery drivers] were quick, courteous, and did a great job. This stuff is beautiful, durable, and worth every nickel! We've wanted to have heirloom quality furniture our whole lives, and your company helped make that possible.
I was a bit leery about the prospect of a large purchase made without seeing the product. Would the quality be satisfactory? Would the chairs be comfortable? In the end, I was very pleased. The chairs were just as I had hoped: solid, handsome, and with a very nice finish. Comfortable too. I would give the company a top rating. Having recently had a very negative experience with a company in another industry, this process was really pleasing- your attention to detail is appreciated.
I love, love my new table and chairs. The wood feels good under my fingers and the grain just glows, reminding me that this wood was a living thing. Of course, I also value the craftsmanship it takes to transform the wood into a thing of beauty. My only wish might have been to have a better sense of who built the table. While I was waiting for delivery, I liked imagining a human being building it, rather than it coming off an assembly line. I almost wished for a little signature on bottom of the table top, like an artist signing a painting, or maybe a bio of the artisans who worked on the table and chairs. On another note, the customer service was excellent. I got plenty of personalized attention from Shannon, the order coordinator who was assigned to my order. When my furniture was delivered, it was fast and professional. Thanks to all involved.

Just a quick note to let you all know that my husband and I absolutely LOVE our new dining room table and chairs. The quality and workmanship appear to be first-rate. We are impressed by how solid the table and chairs are, as well as the little details such as the use of beveled edges everywhere. The chairs are solid, and quite comfortable with the leather seats.
We purchased two leaves and two extra chairs to allow us to seat more people, but for everyday use, we will use the setup as shown in the picture.
We had anticipated having everything arrive in multiple boxes, but much to our surprise, everything was carefully wrapped and taped in blankets--not a single scratch or ding to be found, and no added waste for our recycle bin.
The delivery people were wonderful, arriving exactly when they told us they would. They were very courteous, and assembled the table inside our home--no fuss, no mess!
Admittedly, we were more than a little hesitant about paying for our order before it was delivered, as we’ve had problems in the past with people not performing as promised.
As it turned out, DutchCrafters performed as promised.
